4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery.
